4. Acceptable Use
You may not access or use the website for any purpose other than that for which we make the website available. Unacceptable uses include data mining, scraping, harassing other users on the leaderboard, or attempting to compromise security. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
5. Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice, to terminate or suspend your account and access to the site for any reason, including without limitation breach of these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Growtree or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the site after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
