Account Deletion Policy
Closing & Deleting Your Growtree Account
We respect your right to leave our platform and delete your account. Under our policy, you may submit a request to close and delete your account at any time. When you submit the form below, we will flag your account for removal and permanently wipe your authentication records, profile, habits, tasks, focus sessions, and achievements from our databases within 30 days.
Irreversible OperationAccount deletion is absolute and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will lose your username, leaderboard status, accumulated levels/XP, and historical heatmaps. If you only want to clear your data but keep your username, please submit a Data Deletion Request instead.
