Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the rules and restrictions governing your use of growtree.me and any related APIs, endpoints, and databases.

1. System and Network Restrictions

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Automated Access: Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated scripts to query our database or mock user actions.
• Security Probing: Scanning, vulnerability testing, or bypassing any security measures, rate limiters, or firewalls.
• DDoS & Overloading: Launching denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or sending excessive requests that strain our Supabase or server infrastructure.
• Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, reverse engineering, or copying proprietary components or logic of the Growtree system.

2. Content and Account Safety

You may not post, upload, or transmit any content (such as custom habit names, goal descriptions, or profiles) that is:

• Illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
• Infringing on intellectual property or trademark rights.
• Spam, promotional advertisements, or unauthorized links.

3. Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or deletion of your account without warning, and reporting of unlawful activities to relevant authorities.
